HK-5100 Steam and Water Analysis System is used in power plants to make concentrated sample and analysis for water and steam. The system generally is customized solution as per the plant requirements. It can ensure the safety and reliability of process throughout the power plant.

HK-5100 Steam and Water Analysis System is consisted of Analyzer Panel / Rack and (high temperature and high pressure) Sample Handling System. It has been widely used in 25MW, 50MW, 125MW, 200MW, 300MW, 330MW and super-critical generating units of power plant. And all of them have rewarded with success. At the same time, Beijing Huakeyi Power Plant Instrument Research Institute has also rewarded the trust and praise of customers due to its good after service, stable system performance and low maintenance.


The sample handling system is consisted of high temperature effluent system, temperature & pressure reducing system, sample stream switching system. It contains check valves (high temperature and high pressure), coolers, high pressure filters, pressure regulators and so on.

Features

Analzyer Panel/Rack:

The analyzer panel/rack is cabinet structure with closed in the front and open on the rear. All analyzers are mounted on the front panel. The sample handling system as well as several transmitters is installed on the rear rack. In addition, we provide some reagent-racks of wet chemistry analyzers and internal footboard for convenient operation. The panel/rack is made of cold-rolled steel board which is artistic, sturdy and easy to repair.


Operation Pressure (High Pressure System): ≤32MPa
Sample Outlet Temperature: Cooling water temperature + 1.5oC
Sample Outlet Flow: 0-3,500mL/min
Sample Outlet Pressure: 0.1-0.4MPa
High Temperature Effluent System
Sample stream enters sample handling system through inlet valve. Then a part of sample will be directly drained to the main pipeline of high temperature effluent system. In order to prevent waste water of high pressure into low pressure pipeline, the high pressure pipeline is forbidden to connect with low pressure effluent pipeline. The design is intended to ensure sample handling system completely and effectively drain.
Temperature & Pressure Reducing System 
Sample stream enters sample handling system through inlet valve. Another part of sample will be sent to a vortex cooler through high temperature and pressure valve. First, the cooler will cool the high temperature sample stream down to 40oC or under. Second, the stainless steel pressure regulator will reduce the pressure to 0.5MPa. At this moment, the sample stream can satisfy the flow requirements.
Check Valves (High Temperature and High Pressure) 
On the basis of imported advance technology, Beijing Huakeyi Power Plant Instrument Research Institute developed stainless steel check valve which can stand high temperature and high pressure. The body of valve adopts 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti material that can bear high temperature. The flap of valve uses imported cobalt alloy ball seal. In addition, the valve utilizes special flexible graphite material and suitable heat treatment. All of these technologies effectively solved anticorrosive problem of stainless steel under high temperature. The valve is characterized by high-temperature-resisting, high-pressure-resisting, anti-scouring, long service life, small open moment. The valve connection, except welding and compression fitting, Huakeyi also developed special ball type connection; it can eliminate welding work during replacement of valve, and easy to mount.
Pressure Regulators 
Thread-channel type pressure regulator has 9 kinds of product, GF1-GF9. GF8 is often used, it can called adjustable pressure regulator. GF9 (patented product) is a completely auto and constant flow pressure regulator; it is mainly used in peak value adjustment units. 
Through GF8, the pressure of sample stream can be reduced to 0.4MPa or under. Rotate the handle 720 degree to acquire 0-3,500mL/min stable flow, this can solve: flow adjustment is over sensitive; flow is not stable; can not acquire max flow. 
? Under 3MPa pressure, can gain 50mL/min start-up flow rate, convenient for assay furnace debugging

Vortex Cooler 
The cooler is a part of key devices of steam & water analysis system. It has been used in power plant for many years and appreciated very well. The vortex cooler is the patent product of Huakeyi.
The efficiency of the cooler is at least two times of other traditional product. It means that under the same operation condition, one set of vortex cooler can replace two sets of traditional cooler in series. The size of the cooler is ?108mm×400mm (L). The cooler is not only applied to high temperature sample handling system, but also can reduce the cost of SWAS. Therefore, the vortex cooler has strong competitive strength. 
The helical pipe of vortex cooler is made of stainless steel. It is double construct which composed of internal helical pipe and external one. They are mounted in a pipe-shape object. The special process has eliminated the internal stress of helical pipe, its life up to 5 years.
